How Are Points Awarded in the Ontario PNP Points Calculator?
Ontario, as the vibrant heart of Canada, extends an invitation to skilled professionals worldwide. Their journey toward permanent residency begins here. The Human Capital Priorities Stream, a vital component of the Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP), provides a pathway for foreign workers possessing the right blend of skills, education, and language proficiency to establish their lives in this diverse province.
Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for the Human Capital Priorities Stream, aspiring candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Express Entry Profile: First and foremost, you need a valid profile in Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada’s (IRCC’s) Express Entry system. This system serves as the gateway to various Canadian immigration programs. If you haven’t created an Express Entry profile yet, now is the time to do so.
- Minimum Points Requirement: Your Express Entry profile must score 67 out of 100 points based on various factors such as age, education, work experience, language proficiency, and adaptability. These points are crucial, as they determine your eligibility for the stream.
